Where are you based?

 

At present Kente Creatives does not have a physical store and currently operates as an e-commerce store.

 

How long do you take to dispatch items?

 

We endeavour to process all orders in a timely manner and orders are usually dispatched 24-48 hours after payment has been processed.

In the event of you needing this sooner please add a note in the notes section under the checkout and we will endeavour to fulfil this.

 

Do you take custom orders?

 

We do take custom orders and we are specialists in this field! If you need a custom order for one of your special events get in touch with us. 

We have catered for Weddings, Christenings, Graduations and Baby showers plus more and we are always on hand to assist.

We can create bespoke packages in the form of gift bags or boxes for you and your guests with that special Kente Creatives touch! 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event of you wanting to return your product we have a 15 day returns policy.

You will be responsible for sending the item back to us in the condition received via a tracked Royal Mail service. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the item not be received in the condition it was sent.

Once received we will process your refund in 2-3 business days.

I have received the wrong item/items. What should i do?

 

Your orders are important to us so we take extreme care when preparing them to minimise error. 

In the unlikely event of you receiving the wrong item please drop us an email in the 1st instance where we can assist.

We will send you out the correct item free of charge and also refund the cost of you sending it back to us via Royal mail 2nd class signed for.
